ORDER TRACKING: All artworks are sent via Canada Post with tracked delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you would like expedited shipping for your order, please message me directly for shipping upgrade options and prices.

DISPATCH TIMES: Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving an order. An email shipping notification update will be sent once an order has been shipped.

CUSTOM &IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

THEFT: Please ensure that the order is being shipped to a secure location as I assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE

RETURNS: All items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please contact me via email within 7 business days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Once the item has been received, a full refund will be made, minus the shipping costs.

DAMAGED ORDERS: Please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Upon agreement please return the item(s) to me (obtain proof of postage with tracking and a copy/photo of your receipt). A replacement/refund of your order will be issued once the proof of postage and a copy of the receipt has been provided. Please note any shipping costs incurred when sending back an item are not refundable.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Each piece of my work is meticulously crafted, ensuring a one-of-a-kind creation that is uniquely painted and sculpted by hand, with distinct individual markings. I am committed to maintaining consistency in quality and aesthetic as depicted in the photos of each piece. However, please be aware that slight variations in size or color may occur compared to the images shown, due to the inherent variability of screen color settings or differences in perception of size from a photograph. Your purchase acknowledges acceptance of these potential minor differences.

GIFT RECEIPT: If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me. I will be happy to include a card with the message of your choice.

OTHER FAQ'S

CURRENCY: All prices are listed in CAD ($).

FRAMING: No other framing options are currently available outside of those already included with certain artworks. If you're looking to frame your artwork, finding a professional framing shop is recommended for the best results.
