DESCRIPTION
Through this two-part workshop, discover the beauty of plants using monotypes, a "painterly" printmaking technique, combined with my own unconventional, mark-making methods of mixed media. As workshop leader, I will guide you on using various mixed media techniques as you learn how to incorporate different types of texture, into botanically inspired monotypes. A focus will also be placed on using organic, free-flowing forms to create compositions that echo nature's designs.
